NH Tenerife

Beutiful hotel in the very central of santa cruz, just a minute walk for everything. The hotel was really fancy, nice looking room and bathrum, five-star hotel style minibar, glassdoor for the bathrum (without any lock tho), french balcony in the room. Helpful staff and reception, spoke good english, parking under the hotel exists, with a extra cost of 10,70 EUR on weekends and 15 EUR otherwise. Beutiful terrace om the roof with gym equipment and bar/lounge. The parking on -1 was a nightmare, it's a bit tight for a SUV - but not impossible. Overall, really nice hotel!

The NH Tenerife was perfect for our stay in Santa Cruz. It is superbly located near the city centre restaurants, bars and shops, and was impeccably clean. Recommended.

The Hotel and staff were awesome. I stayed about 9 days. I visited Tenerife to see family. the hotel is very centrally located. The Breakfast was awesome and the rooms were very comfortable, clean and chic.

Great hotel and location is perfect for restaurants and shopping along walking streets. Also hop on hop off bus very close.

Center of the city easy reach to all

Great location, wonderful staff! Juan Pablo is at the front desk during the day. He helped us with our change in reservation and with all destination things to do. He made our stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife!!!

Had a great say at the hotel. Room cleaned every day to a very high standard. Food in the hotel very good and cheap, red wine not so cheap. Only one let down, whirlpool no longer there, was told got rid of the whirlpool three/four years ago.

near tram, plaza d'espana shopping street ...kind of business hotel with all facilities ... plenty of markets shops and food venues around

It was New Years Eve so everything was loud outside (and fun), but the hotel was solid.

Nice, clean hotel - on par with any Marriott property. Very friendly staff. I was a bit disappointed because the breakfast was not a plentiful as the last NH that I stayed at, which had a restaurant. However, I still found the breakfast to be quite sufficient - yogurt, variety of pastries, variety of cold cuts, variety of breads, variety of fruits and eggs/omelets could be cooked upon request. All in all, I was very happy with my stay. The area of town is a little questionable, but we did not have any problems. Very good internet. There is a fee for parking at the hotel, but the front desk told us where parking was available for free and that worked out fine for us.
