I don’t like this hotel

This is not really hotel the gives us room no madras

Doesn't bode well when you check in and theres still a fan attempting to dry the soaked carpet still in your room. My room smelled so bad of mildew I couldn't be in there long. My carpet was soaked to where I couldn't take my shoes off unless I wanted wet socks or feet. Don't get me started on the half cleaning that was done to the room. Extended stay has gone DOWNHILL!!!

A reservation had been made for a three week stay. Dates: 07/19/2025 thru 08/09/2025. Our drive from Phoenix, Arizona included a large amount of road construction. We knew that we would not make the check-in times, and called the office at the location listed above. We stated that we would be arriving at around 2:30-3:00am. We arrived and found a young lady that attempted to be helpful, she was very nice and tried all that she seemed to know to do. She stated that she was mostly there for house-keeping and had never checked a customer in before. To say that she was not trained well is an understatement. We spent about 20 minutes waiting for her to find a room, she finally found a room and brought up to it. We accessed the room and she promptly left. The room had a very bad odor, the only electrical power that seemed to work was the bathroom. None of the floor lamps turned on, no matter how the light-switches were aligned. The TV would not turn on, the ceiling fan would not turn on. We ended up back at the front counter and again the counter person attempted to find something. She finally stated that there were no rooms available. We requested a manager and she stated she did not know how to get a hold of one, we pressed her a little on this and she finally gave us a phone number. Luckily, at 3:30am in the morning, an establishment down the street was able to get us a room. I surely do not blame the counter-person, the blame for this falls upon the shoulders of the manager of this particular hotel, and/or the ownership. Truly disappointed, we have had good/great experiences before with Extended Stay, this negative experience will force us to choose other options for longer stays.

Never stayed in an extended stay before. Needs to be updated. Some things weren't working in room. No extras, very limited continental breakfast. Staff was good.

I’ve been staying at this Extended Stay America in Maple Grove! My experience here has been great the staff, housekeeping and front desk supervisor Sha have met my expectations. Also Kevin, Calvin and overnight staff continue to go above and beyond expectations!

We had to find a hotel in a hurry as our daughter had surgery and had complications and ended up being admitted, we seen this hotel on expedia and was close by so we decided to go with it, from the the very first impression of walking up to the front desk was bad, there was no one there, there was a sign up that said dial the number for help, we did this 4 times before someone came and was still actively chewing food when she got to the front desk, we were exhausted as we drove several hours to bring our daughter to the hospital so we just wanted to get to our room and go to sleep, we got in the elevator which had burn marks in it, graffiti, and dirty floor, room was filthy,smelled bad, greasy hand prints caked on the bathroom door, cabinet doors were broken and dangling, brown stains on the ceiling, mysterious white stains by the corner of the bed on the floor, we will leave you to your imagination to what those stains were, gross! The chair in the corner was ripped, stains in the carpet, the wall light was dangling and light flickering, there was a marijuana blunt roach on the floor next to the end table,black frizzy hair in the bed, the sheets had stains, and the bed was broken and leaning towards the head board so I barely was able to sleep it was the worst most uncomfortable and disgusting stay I've ever had and that says a lot I'm not a picky person and am usually understanding but for that place to get that bad it had to have been neglected for quite some time.
