The property needs a lot of improvements.

The bathroom had mold and dirt in it. The bathtub faucet was leaking and not attached the wall, the air conditioner didn’t work, there were holes in the wall painted over, and the dresser drawer handle was broken off. It smelled in the hallways. Our hallway was dirty. We did not stay. We walked out immediately.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel but had to leave immediately upon arrival due to serious safety concerns. When I reached my assigned room, I found the door wide open, and there were unfamiliar individuals wandering the hallway. This created an atmosphere that felt unsafe and deeply unsettling. Out of concern for my personal safety, I chose not to enter the room. I went to the front desk to request a different room, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, my request was denied without any explanation or effort to understand my concerns. I then asked for a refund, which was also refused outright. What was most troubling about this experience was the complete lack of acknowledgment or support from the hotel staff regarding the safety risks I raised. Their indifference made it clear that guest safety was not a priority. This experience left me shaken and disappointed. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking a stay here. At the very least, I expected a basic level of care and concern for my wellbeing — but sadly, that was nowhere to be found.

Drawers missing. I had to hook up the drapes with one of the drape pins in order to darken the room as one side was hanging down. Odors from people cooking in their rooms weren't necessarily pleasant. The elevator was pretty beat up and there was no inspection notice. Rate was good but we would have to be desperate to stay there again.

Took 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk at check in and the place is dirty! The clerk didn’t offer anything to us or even greet us. I said we are here to check in and she said - name? Then proceeded to not say another word. The clerk in the morning was worse! Asked what do you want ? I said checking out and handed her our room keys that she threw on the front counter and started to walk into the back and when I stood there - she said - do you need something else. I told her. Wasn’t comfortable leaving my room keys that had the room number on the holder just laying out. Someone could grab the. And access the room. She never punched anything in the computer that would deactivate the keys she said no one would do that and walked to the back.

Tv wasn’t operational. No coffee

It is in a nice location. Some of the facilities are a bit outdated. Friendly and professional staff.
