Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Cherry Hill

First off the hotel was hard to get to with construction. Secondly, the police were there when we arrived and then again later. The bed was not comfortable at all and not enough pillows. The staff was very nice!

Average. Fine for a short stay but very unkempt and the staff is hard to find.

We booked for a queen size bed and it obviously was not a queen size bed. i asked the front desk and the lady informed me in a matter of fact way that all their beds are queens. There was no way but said ok. It was also obvious that they do not thoroughly clean rooms. There was dust and dirt in the corners. Dust bunnies under the bed. They did not have a coffee pot or anything, they just stated that you would have to get all those items from the front desk. All night, all we could smell was marijuana. What is the point of no smoking if you smell marijuana. No dishes or anything was provided. Everything had to be obtained from the front desk.

worst hotel I stayed ever, no cleanness, rude staff, mentioned breakfast in the website, I stayed couple of days, there is no breakfast at all from 6:am to 10 am, I asked the staff, they are rude, said no breakfast, no explanation. exactly before check out time they bang your door and embrace you in front of others and threaten for late fee, constantly call your room before 11. DON"T STAY HERE.

Sleep on the street before you sleep in this place it's disgusting

Overall it was nice. My first night i noticed a small bug in the bathroom. I didn’t pay it no mind. The second night there were multiple smaller and a bigger bug. I called the front desk. My options were to check out at midnight when i saw them for a full refund . Check out in the morning for a discount or stay until my reservation was over. I chose to stay because I had no where else to go. The rest of the time went well.
