Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Cherry Hill

There was a shot stain on the bed, medicine on the floor, pee on the toilet and rubber gloves left behind. Not to mention the stains on the pillows

It was amazing slept like a baby .. atmosphere was quiet...

The hotel was run down, filthy, smelly, and appeared to be serving as a shelter for homeless people, with many of the residents just wandering the halls. When I entered our room, I saw several cockroaches in the kitchenette. We could not stay, and the front desk person said I could get my money back "guaranteed" but I had to call hotels.com because I booked through them. Hotels.com spoke to the hotel manager and told me I could get back one of two nights only. This is a rip off from a hotel that should never be listed on hotels.com as a place for tourists to stay, so I fault both the hotel and hotels.com for advertising it as something that it is not.

Stayed again for work and its good nearby to where I have to be the desk people are really nice but I don't need much. The breakfast could be much better but they told me its a grab/go. Stayed for 3 nights and if I need to stay longer they offer a discount which is good to know

Staff super nice and friendly when I approached the desk in the lobby. Room was nice and cozy and quiet. I seen different other guests around but it was quiet during the early PM hours into late hours. Road is a bit tricky to get into main road but overall good spot for my quick trip

Honestly wasn’t my cup of tea. Easy to find but services were not great for me. Was late when I arrived and it was super icy out, when I was leaving almost fell a couple of times to do poor maintenance. The room was ok, sheets had stains on them and towels were rough. Grateful I travel with my own bedding and towels. Room was honestly too much for what it offered.

They stole $150 deposit from me! It’s more than the cost of the room. I’ve never paid a room deposit ever! I’ll never stay at any of their properties or use hotels.com again!!!
