Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Cherry Hill

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Rooms were nice and clean. Nice size. I liked that it had a stove, kitchen and a microwave. The staff were very nice.

The television service. There were limited channels. A Roku or smart TV would have made it a better experience. There were no pots or utensils.

It was great there it was clean the staff was very nice very polite and always answering questions they smiled they weren't miserable I would love to stay there again

Close to food

After work I went straight to this facility and slammed my face in bed. The next morning when I was ready to put things away I found food in the fridge, which made me feel like the room wasnt properly cleaned. Staff was nice and gave me a discount and moved me to another room. This room though you had to wait for hot water to start working, which took 15 minutes, then also found roaches.

Breakfast was really good. Wish there was more, like eggs and waffles & juice

There were guests lingering out in front and by the desk smoking and loitering. The place was disgusting and filthy. It is filled with prostitutes and drug addicts and homeless. I was outraged. I left when I walked in the door two yards. It was the most horrible place I have ever seen in my firty years of life. It should be shut down. I want a refund.
