There were roaches in both the bathroom and the main bedroom area.

In the room there was dirt on the floor, hair in the tub and pee on the toilet seat. The room stunk of stale cigarettes and someone was clearly smoking in one of the rooms nearby. I asked a member of the staff to clean the toilet and she came right away and was very friendly. However, I wasted 3/4 of a bottle of antibacterial spray on the bed and surfaces. They also charged me $60 for my dog when my dog is cleaner than the hotel. This hotel is way overpriced for what it is.

It was a nice stay and the employees were very nice as well…the only problem was the elevator stopped working on checkout and I had to drag my items up and down the steps from the 3rd floor.

I have stayed here several weeks due to work. There is a reason this hotel has roaches and the front desk is very aware considering they have maintenance roach spray. I personally saw them in my room. With only biweekly room cleanings, be aware the cleaning staff do not actually clean well, not the toilet at all or the tub, the sink, mirror, vacuum or dust. You mention this to the front desk and the cleaning staff gives attitude knowing very well she didn’t actually do it. I had to take roll of toilet paper and hand kitchen town from their cart myself so I wouldn’t get more attitude. Second time around - I didn’t even say anything further after she was done and just did it myself in fear of staff retaliation or my belongings being stolen. One positive thing is space, the kitchen has a full size refrigerator and storage is okay, a small table and desk with recliner chair. Contracted price was good, but I’ve looked into going somewhere else; there’s just not many options available in this area. If you’re also looking for friendly staff this wouldn’t be the place for you. I believe this hotel has more long term residents in general than people coming and going. Not too much noise to complain about considering it’s between two highways. WiFi is Very bad, even enhanced you can pay for - beware if you have classes or online requirements. I come from a friendly upbringing and it’s sad to see how bad some people hate working at this hotel.

The laundry room was helpful and nice and the room was spacious

As soon as I stepped foot in my room I had to kill a roach I killed a total of 18 roaches throughout the length of my stay in even saw one strolling down the hallway on my way out one day on my way out I was happy about the stove until it started giving me a hard time it didn’t get hot enough for me to even boil water let alone cook my food the right way and it could have been cleaned better in the kitchen area

I was not pleased with the cleanliness of this facility I was met with the smell of marijuana entering the hotel the sheets on the bed were dirty. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking. I did not appreciate having to ask for the things to use in the kitchen. They were not in the room, but at the desk and I had to go downstairs and get them. I am assuming that was to cut down on the stealing of those things, but that was not convenient. The stove did not have any markings on it to tell the temperature of it. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I booked through this third party and payed through Klarna but when we arrived it said that we had to pay when we already did online. Due to this we didn’t get to stay since September 21 I haven’t received my money back and on top of it trying to contact customer service on her was the worst and most unhelpful experience I had!!
