Bathroom door didn’t lock and kept swinging open on its own. Seen roaches in hallway and in my bathroom

Hotel is pretty run down, and smelled like cigarette smoke. Room had no shampoo or soap and I needed to go down to the front desk to ask for it. There is no filtered water at the hotel, and the vending machines do not have water either.

This was the worst place i’ve stayed. the tv in room was broken they would replace it give me a different room. i called them out cause i went on hotels com and it showed 6 rooms available after that they magically called saying they found a room 111 that room had ants everywhere the ac was moly and broken the drive too was full of rust and the tv didn’t even have a remote to see if it worked what a joke. I ended up having to go to my office to get a tv anyways horrible experience in just saying this so hopefully it saves someone having a horrible night

The room was great. Clean , pleasant good view etc.. clean towels, appliances etc

Elevators and top of fridge in room were very dirty.

Wasn’t Clean. Property is not maintained. Bathroom amenities were low quality. Nothing much available for breakfast.

Front desk is not there always. I have to wait them at least a few minutes. Room space is good and storage is good. But no complementary shampoo is ready I have to ask for it at the front desk. Shower curtain is not clean. Hair dryer is not there. Kitchen is very good but never used.

This place was horrible I had to leave and fine other accommodations. I want my money back.
