Where to start a nightmare is to put it nice never have had a experience like this a tough day wanted to have a good experience sine we where dropping off my daughter to college emotions all over the place then this happened I started crying of how ugly dirty this place was it claims it’s none smoking well it smell like smoke all over the hallways stink the hole place they even recommend me to take the stuff off my car because there hate was broken and someone might brake in my car but just leet me show you what I’m talking about this is two different rooms after complaining they told me they did not have no more rooms they where fully booked and once I showed them pictures of the room they said o we have one room I was so upset second room was no better

ZERO STAR REVIEW! The hotel has extended a FULL REFUND for my stay on August 17th. Reason being most pertinent electrical outlets in the room were INOPERATABLE. I rented a car to come here and work on my laptop but the desk lamp to the table in the room did not work, I changed the light bulb it still didn't work then I check another electrical outlet in the room and it didn't work either. I COULD NOT WORK ON MY LAPTOP IN THE DARK. They are waiting on Expedia to call and they will give me a full refund.

It’s smell marijuana so badly in the first floor and there not cleaning really good. Other than that it was ok in the fourth floor is nice.

I booked a room for only 1 night in this hotel with check in at 15 August and check out 16 August with BOOKING. When we went there the receptionist her name start with T , she said that if we booked with Expedia or booking or another website like that OUR RESERVATION WOULDN’T BE VALID AND SHE SAID THAT IN THAT CASE THE HOTEL WOULD BE FULL, other ways if we booked at the front desk they can you give us a room. When we ask for explanation,she said that she didn’t give a fu** because it wasn’t her problem. Then when we asked her name she raised her middle finger and throws her badge name and said “ take my motherfu**** badge”, then she started crying . After that she get out from the front desk and she threatened us. There were a lot of people that kept her calm and the block her to attack us (?). There was a camera that recorded everything. I hope that with this review, the HOTEL manager can take Serious measures for that girl , because she was crazy and her behaviour was unacceptable and Inappropriate

Abbiamo prenotato con Booking una camera per 4 persone, regolarmente confermata tramite mail e pagata. Al nostro arrivo, dopo un attesa di 10 minuti, ci viene detto che se avessimo già prenotato con Booking, Expedia o altri servizi di terze parti online, la nostra prenotazione NON era valida e l'albergo era da considerarsi fully booked. Alle nostre rimostranze la signora presente alla reception ha inveito contro di noi e alla richiesta di fornirci il suo nome ci ha insultato alzando il dito medio e gridandoci : " Do You really want my f****** name? F*** you !" Professionalità : 0 (zero) Un consiglio: togliete il Vostro nominativo da Booking (fra l'altro già da me informato del vostro terribile servizio) e scegliete meglio il personale che lavora da voi !!! MAI PIU' CON VOI - MAI We booked a room for 4 people with Booking, duly confirmed by email and paid for. Upon our arrival, after a 10 minute wait, we were told that if we had already booked with Booking, Expedia or other third-party online services, our reservation was NOT valid and the hotel was (for us) fully booked. Upon our complaints, the lady at the reception railed against us and when asked to give us her name she insulted us by raising her middle finger and shouting: "Do You really want my f****** name? F*** you!" Professionalism: 0 A personal advice: remove your name from Booking (among other things, I have already informed them of your terrible service) and choose the staff who work for you better!!! NEVER NEVER WITH YOU AGAIN

I encountered 2 cockroaches, the room smelled of weed upon arrival and the shower head had a leak. That being said the stay was perfectly fine though. My girlfriend and I were not disturbed. Sheets were clean, bathroom was stocked and everything else worked as intended. I'm used to things of the sort so it was easy to find workarounds and the staff was very receptive to hearing about the problems with the room. I'd stay here again

it was decent

We booked two rooms and were accommodated in two floors. Both rooms had cockroaches. Check in took a long time because only one computer worked and they were understaffed. We had to wait a bit for our rooms to be ready after check in time.

I didn’t get to check in because they were completely sold out.
