"would stay here again 100%"

Check in process was easy, room was very specious and clean. Very accessible to everything. Would definitely stay here again,its hard to find a convenient spot that is affordable, in a convenient location, and with friendly staff. I have had extended stay experiences before, and this was the best.

"Bias kills businesses "

The property resembled an SRO in San Francisco poorly cared for seeming to due to the need of housing all treated as addicts not allowed to room above 2-3rd floor I say this because all I saw whom booked appearing to have over a few days of items all placed 2-3rd floors as if program paid for the stay all others placec 4th floor up as if a hierarchy I couldn't stay pass one night again the housekeeping is poor

"Sketchy "

Good location as far as near Oakland sites, but very rundown and right on the edge of a sketchy neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and clean, but room needs major upgrades. I've stayed in really good Extended Stays before, but this was a disappointment.

"Spend the extra few dollars, go somewhere clean."

Booked a double queen room. Got there found out the didn’t have anymore. Friend had to get a separate room. We were all trying to save money on this trip. Extra room was charged at full price. We just got empty apologies. The hallway stunk really bad really upset they charged my friend full price for their mistakes. Totally unacceptable. They tried to force us to look elsewhere but it was a Friday not in the Bay Area. Thanks a lot
