Beautiful suite...checked in late so not enough time to enjoy it.

The room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for our party of 5. The staff was friendly and Max was a great shuttle driver! 😊

Pillows hard and clumpy. Everything else ok

We enjoyed that it was quiet and scenic there was not over crowding

Nice hotel, if they will provide complementary breakfast that is good. If you wanted to buy prices are more.

Very very nice place! We had 7 in our room and all beds were comfortable and everything was clean and updated!

My husband and I took an entire day to drive around the Traverse Bay Area and stayed at Shanty Creek for the night. Loved the shuttle service to Shorts! It was convenient but the driver was so fun. An older gentleman and he was a stitch! Our room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable.

Everything was perfect except the Bistro restaurant not making it known whether breakfast was complimentary or if you had to pay for it. There were absolutely NO SIGNS stating that it was or was not complimentary. You would think that paying $350 a night that it would be but then AFTER we eat then she brings us a bill? I just feel that there needs to be a sign letting future customers aware.

There was no room service available. We had an issue and had to change rooms. We were acommodated but I had to request. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were not the most comfortable.
