Horrendously bad!! My 3 year old grandson Grandson were unprovoked assaulted in the lobby by a drugged out of control lady we had never seen before. I asked the desk clerk to call 911 but she had to call her manager and get permission first that took. My 3 year old grandson got a bruise on his leg from a flying shoe she charged at me and hit me in the face with a package but I was able to block her from hitting my other 1 year old grandson my daughter and the pregnant desk clerk. She fled but was caught in the parking lot smashing a car. We later learned she first had assaulted a elderly lady on the third floor. Police reports pictures and video are available. To literally add insult to injury I checked my account and you overcharged me. They took $446 out for a two night stay. I have attempted to reach the manager Gary numerous times to only be ignored.

Hot coffee in lobby. But half and half was on counter and tasted sour.

We were exhausted. The bathroom sink DID NOT drain. There were foot long hairs in sink and on floor. Appeared to be dried blood (or feces) on wall. The bedroom floor had chunks of something on floor. The bedroom had one chair to sit on, forcing one of us to sit in the lobby to read or try to relax. Breakfast hot items were cold and I was suspect of it's safety.

Pet friendly, good breakfast, great pool and slide for kids and hottub for adults after 10. Well lit parking lot in a safe location no tweakers or crackheads anywhere close. Pizza place next door for late night food. Chinese restaurant and buffet next door also. lobby has coffee available all day and a choice of boardgames for family fun or just passing time.

Slide closes @ 10 pm and kids can't swim after 10. This was disappointing because we didn't get back to hotel until late and we were denied use of slide and swimming privileges with my daughter even tho we were present.

I did not like that the housekeepers could not communicate with me in English.

Clean, nice staff and a nice selection for breakfast. Room nice - but bath/shower should have safety bars.

I would come back anytime. This is a great place to stay and it has a great restaurants around it. I love the staff here they treated me with great care.

People went out of their way to make you comfortable. Very friendly
