Staff were friendly & kind.

The pool water was yellow & pool area needed to be cleaned. Bathroom vent didn't work & Bathroom was in need of a good scrub.

I stayed because of the pool and slide for the kids. I didn’t like that the hot tub was closed. Also, that they let a lot of teenagers take over the pool to the point that kids couldn’t go down the slide. They also were very disrespectful and staff did nothing.

First checked into an occupied room. The next morning the fire alarm was going off at 8:15 and they couldn’t find out how to turn it off. Then after we checked out they called me thinking I was in another room (not ours) and said I left luggage. It wasn’t our room!

Pool had issues. However that's normal. Sad it happened during our visit. We would still come back because it's out of a person's control.
