Homewood Suites by Hilton Corpus Christi

Front desk staff is awesome! Feel welcomed every time I’ve stayed. 5 stars all day and night

Check in was a breeze and the lady behind the counter was nice… she professionally informed us the pool was closed and that we had not been informed because we booked using a « third party site » which is Expedia… the king bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was horrible… breakfast was great with different options! Coffee was good too!! People that worked in the breakfast area were great and did an excellent job… AC unit in our room was kind of loud, but that noise kind of helped me sleep… I would stay here again.

The entrance and exit to the hotel had a sharp angle and was too narrow. I missed the turn the first time thinking there was another entrance.

The room we got looked like it had not been cleaned. There was little bugs flying around in the kitchenette. They had dead bugs under the bed and overall the place just looked un clean.

The breakfast was great

Pool was closed, pull out bed sheets had stains on it and above it looked like there was a huge water leak previously fixed. There was mold on the bathroom door and fridge and the room just felt dirty

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was different each day (very refreshing!). The room was clean but some items were a bit dated. Disappointed that the pool was closed however, overall a good stay.

That it was a Hilton Hotel

The staff was rude, discriminatory, biased and flat out homophobic. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a Hilton Hotel before. I'm in tears just thinking about it. This was not ok please understand and hear my complaint.

A little disappointed in both service and quality. The front desk staff seemed annoyed by us, didn’t have enough pillows and offered us a comforter to fold up as a pillow. Not super clean.

Nice hotel, great location , room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned though because I found other belongings in the room. Also they did not mention beforehand that Pool is closed and did not give a timeframe of when it would be opened.
