The pool was out of service the air conditioning in the room was not working properly there was a broken piece of tile on the floor along with a broken closet door disappointing for the amount of money that was paid

Very old property, very small rooms we stayed in the 1 bdrm suite with the couch bed. Could not close the bathroom door, door was damaged need up grade. Pool was out of service. Hallway hot and humid.

Limited towels for 8 people, sofa bed was uncomfortable and pool was under construction. Stay was overall good.

The staff was nice I didn’t have any issues with them. What I didn’t like was the room it was dirty, and needs updating. As soon as I walked in the room I noticed the floor was sticky and the room felt humid. I noticed the vents were rusting and the room was right next to some construction. I could see them working from the window. The area walking to the room was hot too I don’t know why that hall way was so hot.

I do not have any positive comments so I will refrain from making any negative statements.

The room has smell & some stains in the carpet. I went to the front desk to see if we can move to a different room but was immediately told that there are no rooms available. Didn't offer any other solutions than will tell the housekeeping to clean the following day. The next morning, we realized there is no iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the room, so we went to the front desk again to request, took them almost 30 mins. Then when we got back that afternoon, the housekeeping didn't come by, had to ask for shower gel in the front desk. The staff were so unfriendly, especially the one on duty on July 11th at 11 pm. She was putting breakfast the next morning and puting the whole time...makes us all uncomfortable. Overall, we were uncomfortable our whole stay. Not worth the price that we paid. Sometimes guests can overlook all these things if the staff are very accommodating and welcoming.

The staff was very nice.
