"Corpus Christy is lovely , never stay in this hotel please"

Property is good for a weekend getaway, location is good because everything is 10 to 20 min drive talking beach wise .

The property is in serious need of maintenance—far more than just a touch-up. Unfortunately, our experience was also clouded by the behavior of one woman (not the receptionist) who was (housekeeping) unexpectedly rude and dismissive, even as we were traveling with small children. She also provided my husband with misleading information of a sensitive nature, which was very concerning. On a brighter note, the rest of the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and attentive

Wanted to stay here and enjoy the outdoor pool with my kids before school started, only to find out that the pool had been broken for months. Drapes were super dusty, like THICK dust. Found a toe nail in the closet. No cover or pillows for the pull out couch. Very disappointing.

This is a very nice, well updated hotel. However, the floors were filthy, there were two towels in a room for 6 people (I listed 6 on our reservation) and there was no bedding or pillows for the pull out. We arrived at midnight and had to make a handful of trips to the front desk to get the basics. We had friends who also stayed and their room was also very dirty, so I don’t think it was a one off. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had trouble flushing the toilet (rm #217) but overall our stay was amazing! We are already talking about staying again. Your rooms are so cozy and made our stay a relaxing one. Overall experience was great. The pool is under construction, I wish we would have gotten a heads up on that. We were told nothing. We stayed 2 days and the pool would have been great.
