Like the hotel , near to the beach, this s my 2 nd time there and for sure won’t be the last

We stayed at this hotel after arriving at another hotel and didn't receive what we had reserved. So basically, we stayed on a whim. What a pleasant surprise. A clean, spacious room with a view and a lovely patio with chairs and a hammock. The pool was clean, and the free breakfast was served to our room each morning. The staff was very accommodating and super nice! And we also had many great conversations with the other guests. I can't wait to return.

Lovely property right on the beach. Much nicer than staying to a large American chain hotel. Staff were wonderful. Only one block from busy shopping and restaurant/bar street but totally quiet. All units have lovely balconies with a hammock. As others have said, the beach is small, but right next to larger beach area. Highly recommend!!!

Petit hotel très charmant et agréable en bord de mer. Près de l'action sans en être incommodé. Plage agréable pour relaxer. Pour ma part, baignade en piscine plutôt que dans la mer à cause des bateaux de pêcheur devant la plage. Belle vue de la mer de la piscine et de la plage avec spectacle de pélican en bonus.

The beach and the pool were lackluster. We thought we were going to be getting a second level suite, but we were on the floor and had to share a patio, which was not what we were expecting. Got in trouble for swimming in the pool after 6pm, but saw people smoking on their patio and they didn't get in trouble. Walls are very thin - you can hear a pin drop. Staff was unable to communicate efficiently, with the exception of Alfredo (he was the star of the show - he seemed to keep the quests happy) The tv and internet did not work and we received no bars of service inside the room.

I stayed here on a solo vacation last week. It was a great place, walkable to all the fun things in playa. The staff was amazing, the place was clean, and the room itself was great I would say the beach in that area of Playa del Carmen was not really swimable due to the rocks and boats. However the beaches near by offered more swim able areas. I’d totally stay here again.
