The staff is cool people

Roaches and no water pressure light fell off wall concrete sidewalk hasn't been power washed in years they just need renovations and cleaning its old and not kept up like other extended stays sad because it's in west port so you think nice but not nice trust me go somewhere else.

The rooms was dirty and my tv remote didn’t work

There was no one in the lobby to check us in and when they finally did they gave us a room that somebody was in. Hotel and area is dirty, nasty and a little bit scary based upon its occupants

ROACHES... found after I had to bleach the whole room.

Up on our arrival, at the extended stay hotel they said that we did not have a reservation there. They did not see our name and did not allow us to have a room on top of that. They charged us for the room that we never stayed in without a refund.

The room leaked from the air conditioner the fridge and under the bathroom sink they sent someone to fix it and all he did was give us new towels to put on the floor that wa supper to last a week it left a smell and I couldn’t wait to leave

First room was nasty gave me another one maintenance came knocking on door early in the morning saying no one is suppose to be in that room. Didn’t have any towels clean the experience was terrible

It needs a Little work but the staff was great . They was helpful and nice. I wish there was more people like that!!! I think they go above and beyond and they deserve a raise!? ❤️
