Extended Stay America Suites - St Louis - Westport - E Lackland Rd

The staff was wonderful and polite and helpful they need a raise!!!

Unable to locate the person at the front desk to check in for a hour the first room smells do I ask to switch rooms which was much better.

Location to highway.

Room had no microwave and smells, facility is old and dated. Didn't feel safe.

It was the grossest place I’ve ever stayed! Hair on the counter and in the sink. Dried food on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. The roomed reeked of pot all night and we could barely breathe.

The room was not cleaned correctly. The property is not kept up to part. Dirty elevators and stairwells. Staff were unorganized and unprofessional.

Got to hotel. Was told was overbooked and no rooms available. Hotel looks like a war zone and some place likely to get a disease from. Cannot recommend enough to never stay there

BUGS!

The location was unable to find the reservation once we arrived and offered little to no assistance to resolve the issue. In fact, while speaking with Hotels.com through the app, the Extended Stay rep was rude and dismissive. Another one of their co- workers came to check on them while we were trying to figure out the issue so they could "smoke". The co- either then continued to say there wasn't anything they could do, well need to pay out of pocket along with other comments that have a feeling of them simply not wanting to help resolve or losing issue at almost 11p at night. The Hotels.com agents were great, but the in person agents at Extended Stay had horrible service, communication and kept an air about them of "its not our problem".

Quiet. No drama. Dog Friendly. Great price. Cant beat the price. Lights acted up a bit but you get what you pay for and the price cant be beat. I'll be back!
