"Worst hotel experience with booking ever"

The experience at this hotel was horrendous it was the worst experience I've had with booking.com and makes me rethink using your services if you associate with this hotel

The rooms I reserved were not given to me they gave me alternate rooms that did not meet my expectations the facilities were filthy the rooms we're filthy and customer service was non-existent when I brought these items to the attention of the team member on staff

I pre booked for a night stay at this hotel only for them to tell me last minute that all their rooms were booked. Then I had to wait for 15 minutes for anyone to even help me. This had caused me to find another hotel! Working on getting my refund.
