RUDE STAFF REFUSED TO CHECK ME IN BC THEY DIDNT WANT TO COME DOWN TO DO IT..CHARGED ME 2 TIMES.AND I DIDNT BET TO EVEN STAY AT ALL

When I arrived with a reservation, they had no room for me. I had to book another hotel. Not recommended.

Staff was rude ..charged me 2 times and refused to come down to check me in. I didn't stay here at all

The staff were super friendly. Checking in was easy.

Room accommodations were sufficient for the price. The night agent for very helpful and courteous.

The daytime agent/manager is obnoxious and has terrible communication and customer service skills. He is horrible. He came to my room “BEFORE” check out BANGING ON MY DOOR as I was still in the process of getting up and then proceeded to enter my room unannounced. And the shower didn’t have a shower curtain upon check-in.

They Took My Money Off My Card‼️‼️ They charged me for a room that I didn’t have or sleep in

I checked in like any normal hotel got the keysto the room. I gathered my belongings and head to the room. The door wouldn't open. I put my things back in the car returned to the front desk and they redid the keys. Again i grabbed my belongings head to the room and they key didnt work. I put my thing back in the car and returned to the front desk for a third time. This time they said they had to switch rooms but none were "clean" they then took to along with them to f8nd another clean room, while in the lobby they were taking payments but telling other customers the might not have rooms....
