The heat wasn’t working in the room

Great staff.. the cleanliness is outstanding. You can cook your own things inside the hotel room which is amazing, you have your very own full size fridge, stove and cupboards. They will provide you with a kitchen kit. All in all an amazing hotel.

Staff was very professional and accommodating

Place needs to be updated rooms are pretty ugly but functional location sucks nothing around

Smell so bad the room, to much noise of water kitchen and ac, bathroom dirty

The TV.

The hotel overall. The air conditioning system including the heater is outdated and only blows cold air. The water was cold. The bed was cold. The sheets were cold.

It was clean, I had a couple guest over & we didn’t get bothered one time throughout the night.

There’s nothing negative I have to say about my stay

Plenty of parking.

There was a smoke in one of the rooms close to us the alarm went off but it would of be better if receptionist had call. No one from the hotel to help we all guest have to help each other. We stayed in our cars for almost an hour no one explained what had happen. Breakfast was on a table next to the receptionist. Not a good place to stay

Parking

Old furniture not clean looking to me. People loud at night in hallway...I wouldn't stay there again. The bed kept sliding when u go to sit down. Dirt behind the toilet floor I was in the shower I looked down bathroom gloor sink kept clogging up in bathroom.
