"This time around, speechless..🫤"

This particular Extended Stay has always been one of the best locations among all the other options (from the same franchise) but this time around the gentleman at the front desk fighting verbally with a long term guest and exposing the reasons why she's homeless was absolutely not right. Very disappointed!
