The hotel was really good, the room was clean and large. Our room was facing the beach and close to the pool and coffee house.

Beautiful beach front property

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Short walk to main street with all duty free shops. The hotel is a 4 stars but i think it should be a 3 stars. Not bad overall but the rooms and premises are a bit old and not too many activities available. Breakfast is good though and so is the restaurant. Hotel staff is also very helpful.

Good size rooms with plenty of space. Good breakfast selection. Nice views of beach. Private beach entry with water sports. Nice staff. Pools to enjoy. Prompt check-in and check-out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful,very enjoyable without being outstanding,close to the beach and good view.very near to cenang beach,problems is the front door had problems with the lock so easy open,inside furniture old wan removed......will like Tis place thanks

Hotel staff were all very friendly and kind. We could stay very comfortably because of their hospitality. We also enjoyed the beach just in front of the rooms.

The room size is big, we asked for a king size bed but was given a room with 2 super single size bed combined into a "super king size bed". It was comfy, nothing to complain about. However, there are some stains on the bed cover. The room is very clean with outdoor shower which is quite an unique experience. The facilities in the hotel includes pool and Jacuzzi which is quite well maintained. The resort is about 10mins ride from the town area. But there are some restaurants near the resort which offers vegetarian dishes(Indian vegetarian food). The only down side is that the resort only have wifi at the lounge area and in the restaurant. There are no wifi in the room (was misled by hotels.com about this). And if you want to use the handphone in the lounge area, be sure to bring mosquitoe repellent. Overall, if you just want to look for a quiet place and don't mind about not able to use the internet so often. It will be a good choice. Just to add on, the airport transfer to the resort is 70 ringgits per couple. But you can save some money by taking taxi from the airport which cost only 22 ringgits for about 20minutes ride.

Hotel in good position to beach and lots of good resturant switching walking distance. Hotel staff, friendly and polite, but not always working efficiently. At the hotel bar there were 4 employees working, no other customers apart from ourselves, it took 5 minutes for anyone to walk to our table. After ordering a sandwich it took a further 15 minutes to come. We darn,t ask for any sauces as we would have finished the sandwich by the time they had come

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is stunning. It forces you to abandon all plans of roaming around those cute little cafes and restaurants you see when coming in from the airport! We did that! And if you do want to step out for a meal, say for dinner, it's about a 10 to 15 minutes walk to those busy streets, depending on far you want to go from the hotel. Would like them to add a dish or two in their menu, and make an effort to have one or two signature dishes we must not miss out on.

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the beach, night markets and restaurants. Approx 10 mins walk to the Night Markets or 5mins by taxi (10 RM). Outside the main entrance of the hotel is an Indian Restaurant. It was decent food. There is many Indian restaurant located within the Night Market which I found to be better. Two main shopping mall is approx. 30 mins by taxi. Taxi is the only public transport to get around the island or you can hire a car / motorbike etc. There isn't much in the shopping mall. Found it to be boring. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent size and clean. They don't have wifi in the room. You have to go to the lobby to use the free wifi which was pain. Breakfast was good. However when it rained, it was hard to find seating under cover. More seating is required. Pool was nice. Enjoyed the salt pool. Umbrella was provided when it rain which was needed.
