Nice hotel, excelente BATHROOM. Best toilet paper of the world. Helpful staff, it has no breakfast but they offer free coffee and te daily. Property around the area is not the best but it is wakable. Regards

The staff were so accommodating and caring. We felt very welcomed and taken care of our entire stay. The room was clean, modern, and large. Very comfortable! They allowed me to pre-book one of their few parking spots which was very helpful.

This is a very convenient hotel for a short Toronto break. For a budget hotel, The spec and decor is high and thoughtfully executed. The beds are comfortable and clean. The common area is good for the preparation of drinks while nearby shops offer a range of fruit, light snacks and bakery products. A small leaflet in the bedrooms with details of local outlets would be helpful. The staff were unfailingly polite, friendly, helpful and always available. Some guests were a little inconsiderate about noise as they seemed to be unaware that there were people downstairs. Hard floors are great for cleaning but not noise-deadening. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were great to deal with, probably one of the easiest check ins and outs I've ever had. They were accommodating when I came a little bit early from the airport. The room itself was clean, and had A.C., my only real complaint is the A.C made it really musky in the room. So it had a constant 'wet' feel to it. I also didn't love the pillows but that's a personal preference. All in all. I would stay here again. It's really close to everything you need to get to.

Came to Toronto for 2 nights for a concert and jays game. The Pembroke inn was perfect, the staff was very accommodating in terms of letting us check in a little early and helped with parking. Strongly recommend to all!

Great staff . Clean room

I love love LOVE this Inn. Possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and by far a favorite place I’ve ever stayed while traveling. It’s budget friendly, it’s cozy, the staff are amazing, AND the room was CLEAN!!! (Apart from one spiderweb in the corner but considering the spider population in Canada, I’d say that’s pretty dang good) I love their soaps and their TV was great!! Overall, one of the best. Would definitely choose it again if I stayed again in Toronto. Love it. Only downside I ever faced was the neighbors. It’s a dirty downtown neighborhood next to a beautiful park but unfortunately even in broad daylight there was crackheads, chaos and loud arguments on the same block. I felt unsafe about parking my rental car on the same block, let alone in the alley I ended up in. Unfortunately the neighbors are too close for comfort. Day 1 and 2 were good but it’s like on Wednesday it was just like idk, something changed. It seemed like just another dirty downtown neighborhood and that made me uncomfortable. Though if you’re looking to be downtown without staying in a tower block or paying $300 a night, this is a great option. Truly. Like I said, I would highly recommend. It’s not like you’ll be hanging out on the streets while staying here anyway. It’s comfortable, quiet, secluded, and secure. Love it. Had a great time. 10/10
