It's a nice kept building, centrally located to downtown , unfortunately lots of noisy constructions in the area
My boyfriend and I were there during the last weekend. We had an horrible experience. The hotel is located in an aera that no one would wish to stay in to visit Toronto. Really dangerous and dirty neighbours. People are drugged and prostitution is all around that place. Plus, we were first assigned a room in the semi-basemebt part of the hotel. The floor was flooded and the ceiling was leaking. Let’s add we reserved a month in advance… We switched room, but the bed was ripped apart. It was curvy, and the bedsprings were really damaged. All of this for 300$ a night. It is not worth it, and it’s not enjoyable. Very unhappy with this.
The place is clean, and cozy. The furnishings are a bit sparse, and the building could use some TLC, but it's fantastic, for the price. It's close to everything in downtown Toronto. The staff was great. I would stay there again.

The staff were all very friendly. Room clean. Had a tea and coffee lounge for residents. Surrounding area not the best.
The room was large. Shower was small. Staff were friendly. In an area with a lot of homeless and drug affected people. Nearest shops / cafes 2-3 blocks away
Friendly staff and great location. Rooms are back to back so it can be loud depending on who is next door to you
