"I wish for the time it took to bring our kids here to swim and have fun, I wish they got to."

The cleanliness was the best part and the people.

The beds and sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable, pool was dirty like green tint to it.

Very Clean

The breakfast was a disappointment. Uncooked potatoes both mornings. The 2nd morning: there wasn't coffee or bacon. There didn't seem to be enough staff at check in or in the breakfast area. When we did present feedback to the manager about the lack of coffee & bacon (for the 40 minutes we were downstairs for breakfast), she immediately started invalidating our experience.

My error was an honest one. I reserved for a Monday rather than a Tuesday. The hotel didn't appear to be busy when I finally did arrive on Tuesday. I doubt this error on my part really caused your organization a loss of an additional potential stay by another customer. The hotel is refusing to refund the reservation because I was a "no show". Times are tough. I can understand a company's desire to gain an easy $200. The purpose of my visit on December 8th was to kick off a project with my employer that will require regular bi-weekly stays in Coldwater over the next six to nine months. Given the circumstances, I cannot and will not choose to stay with the Hampton Inn on these visits. Please provide a refund.

"One of the best hotel stays I have had!"

Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable, staff was exemplary.
