Location.

No usb ports anywhere so I couldn’t charge my phone and then when I rang down to the desk on three separate occasions for a wake up call in case my phone died overnight. I didn’t get one. So I paid $200 to stay in a hotel from 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM without the amenities that I needed or even to wake up call that you offer.

Mainly stayed in the room, everything was awesome, my only complaint, which everyone has different opinions/preferences was the bed, everything was pretty clean, pretty tidy, but for me the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, relax on wasn't too bad, sitting on wasn't bad, but sleeping on it had me HURTING. Besides that I think for a hotel setting everything was above good besides the bed but again, could just be me.

Good water pressure in the shower I didn’t try the breakfast My only issue was the microwave started buzzing in the middle of the night… The only way I could get it to stop was to open the microwave door

"The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. The room was clean."

The breakfast was ok. Comparable to others. The waffles, strawberries were tasty. The oatmeal was good. The coffee was great and the bananas were plentiful.

The egg omelets were tasteless, and the yogurt wasn’t great.
