Best Western Plus Olive Branch Hotel & Suites

The Breakfast could of had a few more selections, but grateful to see it open and the food was hot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did offer a limited selection of hot breakfast options. There was a winter storm during our stay. The parking lot was not treated where ice was formed, but neither were the surrounding roads. We had no issues with anything during our stay.

Sooo noisy! Trucks on the road right outside the room all night/ day long. This was poor placement of a hotel. Strong smell of cleaner (carpets?) in room. Saw a very small roach on counter by hot food warmers. The gravy for the biscuits was thick glop! Inedible!

Very convenient and you can see they are working to keep the facility updated and in good condition.

Just okay very noisy lots of kids still running and jumping around late into the night.

Need a better quality breakfast I've been to other best westerns and this one was not near as good.

My floor was wet the entire evening, the bathtub in the bathroom had a broken drain with parts just sitting in them, the staff did nothing to help the situation, even after I told them about my problem and they were always out of towles

Mattresses need updating but Room was clean and nice. Smelled marijuana in the hall a couple of times although it was a no smoking hotel.

A little pricey but very clean and comfortable with very friendly staff.

I had an amazing stay! Clean & comfy with a gas station within walking distance. Will stay here again!!!!
