Best Western Plus Olive Branch Hotel & Suites

My stay here was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & I will NEVER book here again. There was a kitchen sink against the wall of the bedroom that was not finished. The door to my room did not fit the frame therefore I could see through the hallway from the inside of my room. Once voicing my concerns they were IGNORED!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Everything was very good and I have enjoyed my stay

The food in the morning for breakfast was horrible. The bagels were rock hard and the eggs were very watery. The staff sat down and just stayed preoccupied on there phine and didnt do anything.

The first room I was assigned to didn't have the best looking bathroom and I wanted to check out and go elsewhere. Because the room was paid for through a 3rd party, I was unable to get a refund and stay elsewhere. The mgr on duty Michael upgraded my room which was much nicer, comfortable and in a better condition. All of the staff I encountered were nice, friendly & helpful. If this hotel is years old, they may just need to work on upgrading some of the rooms if anymore are like the first one I stayed in. Being at the interstate, I am sure they get a lot of guests and wear and tear. I am appreciative of the staff assisting me with resolving my concerns. I didn't have any other issues during my stay.

Basic hotel with updates happening. The room was clean. The mattresses were hanging over the platform but slept okay. Front Desk clerk was very friendly as was every employee that we came in contact with.

The room accommodation was so nice - clean, roomy, included everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the extra pillows we requested made sleeping great. The staff who greeted us, offered services and especially the lady (Teresa) managing the breakfast room are GREAT!!

Have stayed here before but it has gone downhill. Worn down, hard loud beds with even the slightest movement. There was a cockroach in the bathroom the next morning. Absolutely disgusting. Won't stay again.

Decent location. It was quiet for the most part. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved Tessa! She was by far the most helpful and friendly. Things that made it not 4 or 5 star experience… the kitchenette we had didn’t have a microwave, no pots/pans and no silverware/utensils. Made the kitchenette useless. The larger refrigerator was nice though. The room only had 2 towels for a double Queen and when we asked for more towels so all 4 of us could shower, we were given 1 and told that’s all they had. Finally, many of the outlets didn’t work so it was difficult to charge our phones and watches at night. We will visit Olive Branch again, depending on price I might stay here again. Family stayed at the Holiday Inn and it seems a bit nicer. Plus closer to stores and other businesses.

Rooms need a little work. Our toilet ran the whole 4 days we were there. Bathroom ceiling had some mold. The front desk clerk and breakfast staff were awesome
