The hotel was very nice and the animation team are very accommodating and friendly. I came with my mum and daughter and we’ve had an amazing time! The staff are lovely! I would recommend!

Absolutely stunning resort!!! The most accommodating and beautiful people I've met in my life...from Walid/Waleed?? Who has gone above and beyond looking after our rooms to the animation team who are great with the kids....the fire show, belly dancers etc were brilliant n this is only our fourth day here.... bar staff are all lovely (even when dealing with rude idiots) food is lovely especially the sea food...alcohol isn't top notch but when people are drinking non stop it obviously doesn't make sense to have Smirnoff/jack Daniels.....two nights ago got an excursion to a night club...my sister was worried about my safety but was an absolutely brilliant night, well looked after by the animation team and didn't have a care in the world.....can't wait to hit the beach resort in the next couple days which is included in our package.....I m in literal paradise..... thankyou to all the lovely staff who have made this one of the best experiences in my 43 years....

Parotel Hotel is personally beloved by me and my family and is one of the best hotels for me because all the employees are helpful and excellent to the extreme and I have my sincere thanks and appreciation for them. I especially express my respect and full appreciation to Chef Tamer Ahmed, the owner of the high taste and respect in dealing and his dedicated effort and his wonderful style with the guests with all respect and love.
