Oka - pool party and animation team are hilarious! They’ve made our holiday really good and made me laugh a lot! Oka has been amazing and made us feel very welcome

Chambre vieillissante, personnel antipathique pour la majorité heureusement que certains sont très joviales, manque de choix au bar, belle espace aquatique, et plage.

Very dirty room. Dirt everywhere, there wasn't even shower gel in the room, I had to ask for it. The meals were bad, the selection was very small. The only thing that was good was the private seafood dinner that was ordered. The staff mostly speaks Russian. I don't recommend visiting this hotel.

arrived late because of delayed flight ,. Was hungry and needed a drink ... but got no offer of eather.. only water !!!!! . Room ok ISH spacash but dated !! clean yes ... breakfast forget it if after anything like an English breakfast..all other stuff if like fruit and healthy food ... food not good either..on all counts ..bar staff rude ..most of them!!( ..no choice of beers ... what's so ever... rates itself as 4 star ...forget that bit ... best would give it is 3 star and that's pushing it.. if thinking of this place forget it... pick the one across the road ... The food is not good, leftovers from the morning meal are boiled in soup, we ordered food for dinner and it wasn't what we wanted, the wines or everything is mixed with water, the rooms are messy

A great experience with the animation team And they’re so friendly and welcoming and we’re sure that we’re coming back on our next vacation for sure

This was our second time in here. We came last year and the stuff here especially Mohamed Elmasry. Not only friendly but truly helpful. Last year he helped me with an Egyptian SIM card :) his intuition about what we need, want is faultless. He observes his guests because he truly cares. The resort itself is an old tired building but the people working here make it worth coming over and over again. Food always fresh and good. Drinks tasty not watered down. Rooms. Oh my god. Where do I start. Always clean. Fresh sheets. Supplied with what you need. Plenty of bottled water for the hot season. I loved it. And as Terminator said :) I’ll be back 🫶
