Parrotel Aquapark Resort

The hotel it’s very goooooood the food is very tasty the room it’s clean the location is very closers to all things the animation is very amazing

I had a fantastic experience at Parrotel Aqua Hotel, thanks to the Move Entertainment animation team. They brought outstanding energy, great coordination, and a truly guest-focused approach to every activity. From morning workouts to evening shows, the team kept the atmosphere lively and inclusive, creating memorable moments for guests of all ages. Their professionalism and positive attitude elevated the entire stay. Big kudos to the whole team for driving such an engaging, high-value experience.

Staying for 10 days, enjoyed our time here. Pool are great for the children, food is ok but repetitive, lots of places to go outside. Animation team very welcoming and fun for everyone!

Wasn’t so clean. the worst was specially the service when you didn’t pay a dollar to server. Even the cups were very dirty. I’m not sure they washed it in the left side restaurant. About the location etc not so bad

Amazing holiday !!! Clean and tidy but a bit dated and needs modernising , that said this did not spoil our enjoyment at all !! The staff are all amazing , so friendly and helpful Magdy from the restaurant was amazing with me , I'm disabled and very fussy so he would ask me my favourite meal and cook for me spaghetti bolognaise , pizza etc etc Honestly nothing was too much for them !! The swimming pools are lovely and refreshing I recommend ' Hard Rock Cafe ' which is a 20 mins walk away , we went there twice , also their is a McDonald's opp hard rock and plenty of shops outside the hotel The photographers on site were fantastic with us and we have some amazing memories now 1st time at this hotel but it won't be our last , in fact we have booked for next November !!! Personally, I wouldn't give this hotel 3 stars, I would say 2 with a plus because there is a roof over your head (the room and bathroom look like after the war), don't be mistaken when you want to book this hotel, it is shown by the sea, but these are two complexes and you will have to walk about 10 minutes from one to the other.

Brilliant swim up bar, lovely barman Mohammad. Generally clean site. Tipping the life guard ensures you get the lounger you want instead of getting up at 6am to reserve my own which i didn't mind, it's just a thank you and a hand shake. I would recommend weather you a a solo couple or family there is entertainment for everyone

The rooms are really dissapointing, you can smell the uncleanliness of the mattress, and i have never slept on anything so uncomfortable. The room is very old and outdated with stains all over. The bath is ok for a shower, although not the best, but no way would i get a bath, its full of unwashable stains. No lifts in hotel. Food is ok, there is a variety but its warm at the best. Staff are really friendly. There are shops outside the hotel but dont expect to be allowed to go in for a browse as you get bothered with them trying to sell you things regardless of the amount of times you say 'no thank you'. Would 100% not recommend this hotel.

Islam. Abdul haiMido. Margo, and all the entertainment team absolutely and as always made our holiday. This is the reason we keep returning. They’re so good with the kids and adults. Get everyone involved and every day there are numerous things to do. We will be back in December with my mum too!!! 5***** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have had the best holiday ever and enjoyed every single moment with my family …..the hotel was really good.. there were so many activities for everyone to enjoy, playing and using the Aqua was full of fun and excitement. The staff from the reception were very friendly, very helpful , as well as the other staff. When it comes to the restaurant is just perfect, there was too many choices of different food different dishes and lovely dessert. The people from the restaurant were very friendly and polite specially the chef 🧑‍🍳 (TAMER), he is absolutely professional making his own dishes (I have had the best roasted turkey)☺️ He is very sweet and polite….. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone specially the families with kids..
