The rooms were spectacular! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with neighboring rooms and asked to be moved they did not hesitate and we super nice about it too! The property is in an ideal spot for shopping & eating. This is definitely our favorite hotel to date!

"Pleasant stays in Sparta"

I always have a good experience when I stay at Sparta. Although, the last time I did have an issue with the water in the shower not getting hot enough. This time however it was plenty hot and felt good. Always enjoy the hot breakfast too, very friendly staff.

Reservations were for 2 rooms side by side. Upon arrival one room assignment was on the 1st floor and 2nd on the 3rd floor. Not what I signed up for. Contacted front desk and person in charge not willing to consider correcting something that was not right. Was told Expedia would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Never happened. Dave Westover
