Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn, an IHG Hotel

Loud guests- late night and early morning. Room smelled really bad. Location was good.

Staff not friendly to there own kind.. never again will i stay at this hotel

Very convenient for attending the Brooklyn Marathon. We liked the free breakfast, although we were disappointed that the waffle maker was out of order.

Poorly designed room, broken furniture, single slow elevator

We were attending a wedding down the street. This was a perfect location for us to do some touristy stuff without feeling like super tourists. Comfortable room and bed. Great water pressure in the shower!

Room was extremely small and bathroom curtain looked like it had mold on the bottom of it. Bathroom needed to be cleaned a lot better.

The bathroom was very tight. The sink was too close to comode. Very hard to use

We got 3 rooms for 2 nights; we picked this hotel because it was convenient & the closest to a relative who also lives in Union St. Didn't get our good nights sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Our rooms were next to the ice maker which was LOUD and woke us up every time it made ice. Can it be moved a little further from the rooms? Also, can't say much about the elevators. 10-15 minutes wait???

Small room. Beds not comfy. Breakfast was good. Easy parking. Nice location.
