Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn, an IHG Hotel

The property was very dirty room smelled like trash. Did not stay went to another hotel. I do not recommend.

The property was relatively close to family, and the price was better than alternatives. The room was relatively small and mostly underground.

Very slow elevators great location

I've stayed here several times and as always the staff was very courteous, helpful and professional.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and transportation. The only thing I find negative is the elevator, there's only one elevator and it is very, very slow.

This place is located in an area that's busy but congested like most cities. Parking is limited and $40.00 per night located behind the building. I never got a chance to park there during my 3 nights stay. My car was fine utilizing street parking. I kept my valuables in my hotel room. They serve a hot breakfast which helped out a lot when planning my meals for the day. I plan to stay there again.

Hi I would like to get a refund on this booking as this was a terrible night I spent at this Hotel the bed probably had bugs and I could not sleep because of the bugs and I had rashes all over my body and private parts, I had to attend my daughters commencement ceremony at Barclays center but my itching was very bad so I request a refund of the total amount of $160 for this booking

For the price i paid. I would expect to have a microwave in my room. I called ahead to reserve it as it said upon request and was told i needed to wait until I arrived. Did so and checked in shortly after check in time then told there were none. I wasn't happy about that but was happy about the rest of my stay.
