The personnel were great. The second room’s TV and remote worked and did well. The second room’s odor was good. The HVAC was good in the second room. The first bathroom looked clean and better than the second. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Missing and not working TV remote, hair dryer, and soap in the first room. The first room smelled like smoke. Second room’s bathroom was stains in the tub and not repaired after a wall mounted shelf must have fallen off. Needed to change rooms due to non working pieces in the first room.

I reserved a room with a king size bed. Got checked in with no problems. Went to my room and it had 2 queen size beds. I went back to let the receptionist know. She stated that she didn’t know if she had any king’s left. However, after checking, she gave me another key card to the type of room that I paid for. Not sure why I didn’t get that room to begin with.
