Needed serious upgrade window were real dirty looking out them pool green no coffee 3 days no fruit no yogurt no jelly no butter pancake machine no mix bed was not up to hig standard will not recommend this place not for the money I spent and rooms I booked 2nd room tiles in bathroom loose door didn't have the safety .latch very disappointing

Our recent stay was, unfortunately, a letdown. While the check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly, the state of our room was a major concern. The room itself seemed clean at first glance, with a tidy bed and a dust-free appearance. However, the true problems lay in the bathroom. It was in extremely poor condition and clearly had not been properly maintained. There was noticeable black mold growing in the grout of the shower, and the toilet had several unpleasant stains that made it feel unsanitary. A clean and functional bathroom is a basic expectation for any hotel, and this one fell far short. We were very disappointed by this lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. While the rest of the hotel may be fine, the condition of the bathroom alone would prevent us from staying here again.

Rooms weren't ready at scheduled check in time. No estimate on when rooms would be available. Internet connection was not good, then stopped working. Cable service went out. Breakfast options were limited. Run out of breakfast items. Breakfast items not available. Very disappointing experience.

I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. First, we couldn't check in until after 5:00 PM, and the entire lobby was full of people who needed to check in. There was a piece of paper saying the elevator was limited to 4 people at a time - WHY?!?! The room had visible mold in the bathroom, the safety bar was broken, and the door lock was broken. The pool was nasty. And, in the morning, they had NO TOWELS!!! We could not take showers or use the pool because they were out of clean towels at 7:00 AM. How does that happen?!?! Finally, there was no butter or forks for the continental breakfast and half the food items were unavailable. Horrible, gross, disgusting hotel. The worst ever! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The bright spot in all of this…The breakfast was actually pretty amazing! Clean area, fresh food, well presented and delicious. I recommend the sausage and biscuits and top it off with one of the cinnamon rolls. Excellent!

The front desk guy was not friendly and welcoming. He was just doing the basics of his job. We didn’t expect a band and red carpet, but a friendly greeting would be nice. Sets the tone for the stay. He recited the basics about amenities and handed us the key cards. Our room appeared cleanish, I took off my shoes and walked around getting settled. The bottoms of my whites socks had black tinted stains on the bottoms when I removed them. I quickly put on slides luckily packed. I went to use the bathroom and found dried urine on the toilet seat. I cleaned that off because complaining to Mr. Personality at the desk would have been likely useless. After cleaning the toilet seat, I glanced at the shower tub. It had what looked like years of soap scum stains and rings at various levels almost to the top. Ugg…I decided we will wear slides in the shower. This made me doubt other things in the room. So I did a quick search with my phone flashlight along the mattress piping for bedbug evidence. Found nothing. Thank goodness. We were tired from a long day of driving, I’ve slept in worse places during a my military career. We decided to cut our stay short and forgo our planned, already paid for 2nd night. The morning guy was much more helpful and said he would forward the request to his manager. We made the request through booking too. Heard nothing back from either of them. Oh well.

Bathroom was dirty

Nice stay overall. The room was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I was able to get a very good nights rest. Would stay again in my next trip through the city.

The property was well kept. The water pressure in the shower was not the best but the room was good otherwise. The Breakfast on the second day was disappointing. The eggs were overcooked and the sausage links and patties were hard and almost appeared to be possibly day old.
