Terrible customer service

Property was great and very clean

We are Holiday Inn members. Stay frequently with our special needs son. We stopped here on the way home to Tn. The night manager stopped me with our Service Dog. Said we couldn't stay there. I told her yes we could. She said Holiday Inn doesn't allow service dogs. I told her she wasn't an emotional service dog but an ID service dog. She demands to know where her vest is. I told her the vest got torn on vacation and we hadn't had the time to replace it (Mind you I already told her I had her ID on me) she continues to harass me asking me questions like is she trained to do something. Yes. What is she trained to do. Remember I had already told her now twice I had the dogs service ID. I told her I had no issue calling corporate because she could see our level of membership with IGH because she had beyond violated my rights now and this was straight up harassment. She then asks me after ALL this, to see the ID. All of a sudden her attitude changes and she's like have a great night?!! The next morning I told the morning manager what went down. She said I'll pass it along and that was it. This was blatant ADA violations and neither one of these ladies cared. You are allowed to ask if this is a service dog. You are allowed to ask if the service dog is trained to do a service. YOU ARE NOT allowed to ask what that service is! You are not allowed to berate the special needs parent with the special needs child RIGHT THERE, crying, exhausted, asking if we were going to have to leave because of his SERVICE DOG that I offered TWICE to show the ID for while they continued to harass and berate me!! We contacted corporate and was never contacted. We also have never stayed at an IGH again. If you don't care enough to reach out when your employees are clearly improperly trained on ADA laws and scared my Special needs child, then you wont have my business again.

I liked everything about this property

Room was nice for family of 5. One of the bed had a big stain on it, which was the only negative.

Location was good.

The bathroom was not clean at all. The shower had stains on the floor and walls. The floor in the bathroom was not clean either. The value for the money was not good either. Definitely feel like I overpaid.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Room was big and so clean!

It was anwful and your service (hotels.com) is awful.

I didn’t like that there was large noticeable mold in room. Wet spots and water damage in bathroom. Bathroom was not properly clean and sanitized.
