Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville SE Murfreesboro

The hotel itself seemed dated. The carpets needed vacuumed in the hallway as there were bits of trash scattered and crumbs from something smashed. The living room’s carpet was sticky and had a medium sticky spot in front of the couch that cleaned up with baby wipes. The floor of the bathroom was also sticky and had not been cleaned as there was hair still around the perimeter. I find that gross and not clean.

Last minute booking, check-in lady was super sweet and understanding. Whole property was clean and smelt clean. Suite was spacious and clean. A little outdated but you can’t beat the price. Breakfast was great, the lady making the omelettes was a rockstar! Overall very happy with our stay.

Nice hotel close to lots of restaurants, check in was easy, really enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the lobby bar, would stay here again

Great place to stay excellent breakfast

As a Hilton Honors gold member, I was surprised when I checked in for a 1 night road stay to find out there is a $14 charge to park your car in a large empty parking lot. The desk clerks answer was it's a convention hotel. This is the only Hilton property I've stayed at outside a large city with such a charge. They do not offer Hilton Honors members the water & snack package unless you ask for it. Prior to coming here, we just checked out of another Embasy Suite 35 mins. away in Franklin, Tennessee, with an entire different experience...no parking charge, great customer service and welcoming package, etc. The room air conditioner has a motion detector that cuts the AC off when out of the room. It also doesn't work if you are sitting in the outer room since the thermostat is located in the bedroom. Not good when outside temps now with over 100 degree heat index! The room is fairly clean. Small bathroom with no towels racks for used towells.

My husband and I are Hilton Honors members . We came here for a convention. As we were checking in a fellow convention goer told us " the front desk is saying none of the rooms are ready and it's past check in time , good luck". We were able to check in -going into our room we see duct tape keeping the carpet down on the threshold to the bedroom, next we open the curtains to see our view - instead we have a completely shattered window - looks like it's been hit by a bullet - go to turn on the lamp, cigarette burns on the lampshade . The air didn't work. Appropriately. It was hot the entire time - we bought a fan to use . I immediately called the front desk - they asked what "did I want them to do about it " finally they offers $50 back on a $400+ stay. Final straw - our toilet overflowed , we went downstairs at 10 pm to the front desk - no plunger in this BIG hotel . They said it would be awhile before someone can help us . Never ever again staying here . Horrible UNSAFE UNHEALTHY experience that basically took our money . Worse part- NO ONE CARES.Holiday Inn Express two streets over was full or we would've moved. Awful - don't waste your time or money

eve reception & breakfast is always very good

1. Must pay extra to park. Plenty of other hotels in the immediate area with free parking 2. Filthy carpeting 3. Filthy toilet. 4. The water from the tap tasted like mold. BUT - you could buy $5 bottles of "Iceland" water. 5. Uncomfortable , cheap bedding. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good and the staff we dealt with were very polite Bottom like, that are has much better option.

Really accommodating staff. Asked for early check-in and within an hr were in our room. Very friendly.

Nice hotel, love the breakfast, surprised they charge $14/day for parking, plenty of hotels around that charge nothing for parking in Murfreesboro, TN. The parking is managed by a third party and requires the app to pay for it, just be aware.
