Purchasing through hotels. They gave a total including fees and taxes price. But they charge $14/day for parking in their own property. Both embassy suites and hotels.com were unwilling to rectify this issue as it wasn’t made readily apparent that this fee existed. They hid it within a group of other fees that you had to read the policy to get. I feel this is shady practices as 1) it stated taxes and fees were including in the price, 2) paying for parking is not common at most hotels, 3) it was parking on their own lot, and 4) parking is something most would need and should therefore be told about clearly with the quoted price. I would not have gotten a room at this place had I known this in advance. I will not be staying there in the future and I’m still on the fence whether I will use hotels.com in the future

The made to order omelet, fresh fruit and other breakfast selections were great. The room was nice and clean. The water pressure was a little in my room. Otherwise, it was a great stay! I would recommend.

Love breakfast that was included in our stay. Loved that the hotel was conveniently located near dining and shopping options.

My husband and I visited Embassy Suites for 3 nights in June 2025. The hotel staff was nice and professional. The breakfast with the omelette station was very good. It would be better with a non pork breakfast meat option. The room was clean. The housekeeper didn’t come for 2days so we requested service the next day. When we returned to our room it had not been cleaned so that was disappointing. The night staff sent someone to our room to pick up the trash and bring fresh towels. Overall a good stay and I would probably stay again based off of the location being near restaurants and shopping.

Will never stay there again.

After 30 years of loyalty to this hotel chain, I never imagined I'd be writing a review like this. This location is an absolute disgrace to the brand and a nightmare for guests. What started as a family weekend turned into a crime scene investigation. Let's start with the basics they couldn't even get right. TWO out of THREE elevators were broken during our stay. My family was split between the 8th and 9th floors, which meant my elderly mother was forced to either wait indefinitely for the single working elevator or risk her safety climbing multiple flights of stairs. For a hotel that presumably caters to travelers of all ages, this is completely unacceptable. The real horror show began when housekeeping VIOLATED our privacy and STOLE from us, then had the audacity to call us liars. Here's exactly what happened: Before leaving for a soccer match, I placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door while we loaded bags into the car. My mother witnessed cleaning carts positioned directly outside our room with staff working on adjacent rooms. We left for TWO HOURS. Upon our return, the evidence was undeniable. A purple cleaning rag was left behind on our counter, my son's bed had been made but not mine, and our used coffee cups had been mysteriously replaced. The cleaner came in while a Do Not Disturb sign was up and only did a partial job cleaning and left evidence behind. . .Most devastatingly, my son's entire wallet was missing, including $300 in cash that he had worked incredibly hard to earn. When I reported this to the front desk, they called over the housekeeping manager. Instead of taking responsibility, this manager ACCUSED ME OF LYING about placing the Do Not Disturb sign, claimed her staff "would never" override such a sign (despite admitting they had indeed cleaned our room), offered absolutely zero solutions or accountability, and showed no concern whatsoever about the missing money. The complete lack of hospitality, empathy, or basic problem-solving was astounding. I was forced to file a police report because this hotel's management refused to take theft seriously. If you absolutely must stay at this location (though I strongly advise against it), take EVERYTHING of value with you when you leave your room. Don't trust their Do Not Disturb signs, don't trust their staff, and don't expect management to have your back when things go wrong. This hotel will steal from a kid. After three decades of brand loyalty, I've finally found the rotten apple that's spoiled the entire bunch. Save yourself the trauma. Go elsewhere!
