It had breakfast

The beds are super soft and tend to have to be pushed back on the box springs. Trash behind the end table between the beds, black mold growing under soap dish in shower, shower stall covered in black spots all over. The water park was freezing cold, the jacuzzi didn’t work, no intertubes to use on lazy river or slides, poop smeared across wall in woman’s restroom.

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

The room was awful. There was beard hair left in the towels in the bathroom and one of the queen beds had green crusted snot or poo left in the sheets. When we confronted the front desk and housekeeping about the lack of cleanliness, they said they wouldn’t refund our stay and the maid said “only one bed was previously used and that was the bed she changed sheets on”… meaning she did NOT clean the room in its entirety. The manager was supposed to call me back and discuss the matter and they never did.
