Clean rooms and updated baths, good staff service, and pool area and jacuzzi was fun! Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Even guest laundry was clean and reasonably priced.

I only got 5 hours of sleep after a very stressful trip because the cleaning staff banged on my door at 9am and woke me from a dead sleep. After that my anxiety was too high to fall asleep again, but they made sure to bang on the door again around 10 am. So much for paying for a nice place to rest on the last night of my trip.

"A comfortable overnight in Gillette"

The facility is very clean and modern. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had during our 1 week road trip. I especially appreciated the additional fresh fruit and the cooked oatmeal. We didn't use the waterpark, but I'm sure it would be very popular with families.

"Best place to stay in Gillette"

Not all Fairfield Inns are created equal, some are better than others. This one is in the top ten: clean bright rooms, checkered tiles bathroom and walkways, clean carpets, large TVs and a very friendly staff at the reception. Arrival cookies and breakfast are included. Plus, we got the best recommendation for dinner: WY Rib Chophouse (separate review) **
