Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gillette

Great room and hotel. The shower was the best part. Hot water and the best water pressure I have ever had.

I always like staying at a Fairfield hotel because their beds are so comfortable. We rolled in later in the evening after a long day of driving, check in was quick and the room was great. The only issue was that we ended up with a bathroom set up for people with disabilities. It was a roll in shower that was open to the toilet. The shower chair wouldn’t stay up because the grab bars were in the way, so you had to stay in the corner and the shower curtain kept sticking to me, yuck! Then when you were done showering the whole floor was a wet mess. A curved shower bar would have been more helpful.

The hotel was well maintained, however, I booked through BOOKING.COM. When I arrived at the hotel later that nite, tired. The manager confirmed the reservation, but stated the hotel was full and that there was no room. He explained that the third-party Booking.com had reserved and confirmed a non-existent room. This was not a good feeling. The manager also stated that this was not unusual for third-party companies to book and confirm reservations when there were

Great breakfast, Nice hot tub,(spa)

Our room was clean, modern, and relatively spacious. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great. And, the breakfast provided more available options than any we experienced in an 8 week road trip. This hotel provided the best value of any during our trip.

The first room we got had a stained sleeper sofa so we had to be moved to another room. They made it right. We stayed one night. The breakfast was good.

The facility and rooms were beautiful and clean, and the breakfast included and amazing selection of items. For families, the waterpark would be amazing, and it was an excellent value. Highly recommend.
