Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Downtown

Hotel was very clean. The staff was outstanding,. Each staff memeber I encountered at the front desk was quick, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was nice, room was clean.

One fall back was paying for parking all hotels that we went had free parking. The room was nice and spacious only there was no microwave we used the micro near the breakfast room. It seems that only rooms in the upper floors had in the rooms. The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated

Very tired hotel… very out dated. Homeless ppl wandering close by. Love Marriott but I won’t stay at this location again. Relatively clean. Not great amenities. Price probably reflects all of this…. Location was 7-10 minutes away from the airport.

Definitely not Marriott quality. Front desk less than helpful, doors locked 24/7 due to homeless issue in area, parking fee was a ripoff-advertised one price, charged double and offered little assistance to correct the over charge. Beds were worn out and the TV came on about 20% of the time. Breakfast was always empty. On the plus side, the water was extremely hot and the shower had plenty of flow.

Laura and Kimberly were great staff and were very attentive to our needs. The food in the morning was great and my son enjoyed the pool. Can't wait to stay with them again.

Descent location in downtown, easy reach to downtown happenings so location wise well placed. It is having good amenities, well maintained and having a decent front desk team working round the clock. Fairfield has a legacy for cozy stay and it's been maintained, serving okay breakfast items for business days.
