Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Downtown

It was a terrible Stay, I suspect they did either based on third party reservation from Hotels.com or our race. Room had vibrations from Hvac right next, didnot clean room after a request for a three day stay. Sofa bed and AC vent was broken too. I need to think on using third party sites like hotels.com. Also tell me about 15$ parking.

Drove a long way to get there just for them to tell me you guys gave my room away. I never received ANY communication in the time from when I booked the hotel to arrival. I WAS ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY FOR NOTHING. All the front desk could say was “that’s just what was in the notes”. I had to book a last minute hotel in a city I’ve never been too and drop way more money then needed because YOU GUYS lacked the communication skills. I would add photos but I CANT because I DIDNT EVEN GET PAST THE DESK

Noises traffic all night bad location not hot was the next morning the night staff was great but the morning crew was terrible

Location and cleanness

Very poor breakfast, chairs in need of repair or replace, our bathroom in need of cleaning and repair

The location was convenient but sketchy. Homeless encampment was 1 block away. The hotel noise was loud. Updating is really needed at this location. The tub was a bit rusted, paint was peeling, electrical hummed. I was unable to stream shows the first night there which was very disappointing. Surprised this carries the Marriott name honestly.

Reasonably priced, good location, room was clean, toilet and shower drain were ok, ample parking, friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, pet friendly. Would stay here again.

We reserved a king size bed and when we arrived they gave us a queen size 👎 and also the room was dirty. .........................Bad experience in this hotel................................................. ..... Hope never go back again.

The breakfast closed down at 10am on a Saturday, and were out of many items, in addition and no coffee was available at 9am. Seating in the breakfast area was extremely worn. Printer in the office workspace didn't work.

I generally love staying at Fairfield Inns. This one is not up to the normal standards. The hotel has inadequate parking. There was no hair dryer in our room. The coffee was so weak it looked like weak tea. When we entered our room, all the drawers were open on the dresser and nightstand and the closet door was open. It looked at first like the room had been ransacked. The room was clean and the bed was fine. That’s about the only thing I can say positively about this stay.
