Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Downtown

Miranda who checked us in is very friendly & helpful. We'd stay here again when visiting Omaha for downtown events.

Phone didn't work in our room. TV remote wasn't working great...might have needed new batteries

Never saw a person at the front desk after we checked in. They were struggling to keep the breakfast area stocked. And we had to listen to a yippy dog both mornings. I suspect the owners went down for breakfast and left the dog unattended.

The room wasn’t very clean

The staff was very nice, but the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was trash under the bed and mouse droppings between the mattress and box spring (I always pull the mattress back to check for bed bugs). We were moved to a new room that had the same mattress issue. The hotel was pretty and seemed in good repair, so it was surprising.

I love this hotel. I was having plumbing issues at my home and need a few nights some place to shower. The accommodations, and courtesy were top notch as always. I was able to have a peaceful nights sleep without a care in the world. The staff was friendly, and support.

Front desk was awesome and very accommodating. Room was great and really enjoyed our experience. We will be back for sure. Breakfast was great as well. Great location next to Slowdown and The Mattress factory. Could use a update in But overall was a fantastic time

quick and simple and great in every way

Front desk associates are very kind. I got in around 1130 pm so I was very tired and just wanted a shower before bed. I got my shower items walk in the bathroom to see a very large roach. Staff seemed shocked but in all my life of staying in cheap motels to 5* hotels and I've NEVER found a roach. All I could think all night long was what if there are more and they crawl on me while asleep.. this is a Marriott for goodness sake. Gross
