This is a gorgeous property in an incredible setting. The staff are so friendly and look after guests with exceptional service. There are monkeys, monitor lizards, turtles, an abundance of butterflies etc. The spa and restaurants are fabulous too. We were allowed a late checkout to help us manage our young baby who needed to sleep

Over rated property. Premium lagoon view cottage is tiny and the bath/toilet is rudimentary. The so called lagoon is just a big pond. The canal system around the property is smelly and filled with filthy stagnant water. Breakfast is same menu every day.

Beautiful setting and lovely facilities. Extremely attentive staff and a v good restaurant.

Management of guests at the pool - I asked a group to turn their music down as the member of staff felt she couldn’t. I feel she should have been able ask her more senior manager. I would have thought a hotel of this standard would also offer spirits - but this was not an option.

Layout of the property

The chef’s service attitude was unprofessional and disappointing, showing little regard for guests and coming across as indifferent rather than welcoming. The quality of the food was equally concerning. The dishes were well below acceptable standards, lacking flavor, freshness, and proper presentation. For local cuisine, the quality was particularly poor and did not meet even basic expectations. Overall, the experience reflected a clear lack of care in both service and food quality, which significantly undermines the reputation of Taj Hotels as an establishment.

The location and facilities within the resort were excellent, in keeping with the star rating of the property.

Very peaceful and relaxing. The afternoon tea near the lake was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly Facilities Great with toiletries from forest essentials which was fantastic.

Food was very good however More choice and another restaurant with different variety of food would be great.

Nothing like Taj, not clean, average facilities. Dispointing as a Taj property.
