The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

The ac was very loud while on. The drain had issues, so the bath was filling up while using the shower. There were crumbs in the pull out couch with crackers underneath it.

Location near ACU is great.

Rooms are dirty and dated. Bathroom was very dirty with moldy tiles and weak showers. Paid $220 + $35 to check in early, which was bs because even though we paid the $35 at 1pm we still couldnt enter the room until 3pm.

Room was Pretty

No hot water, not even warm, no water pressure, air container sounded like an airplane taking off in our room, uncomfortable bed, expensive, booking reservation didn’t go through supposedly, staff called me a liar about there not being hot water but there was water leaking on the floors below my room and they had missing ceiling tiles, buckets catching the water, and big industrial fans downstairs drying everything.

Leaving

The lack of water throughout the stay. No water for sink, shower and toilet. The entry door did not close behind you. The lack of parking due to so many OTR trucks taking up all the parking spots. There was a utility van on fire when we arrived at the location. The facility was dirty. The lady clerks working the day we checked out were more interested in what was on their phones than trying to address concerns of compensation for partial payment due to having no water during our stay. The most irritating thing is, that the clerks acted as if this was normal. Do better! You expect someone to pay you full price, which was way too high for this facility by the way. And have them stay in an unsanitary environment.

The location was great as we had ball games at ACU and there were a lot of restaurants and a Walmart near by.

A few things one is we had a room for one night checked in Wednesday and then had to extend 3 more days, you would think if we had checked out from the room they would gave cleaned it right… well they apparently clean rooms every 3rd day so our room did not get cleaned until Saturday and we checked out Sunday. No matter how many times I told the front desk it would not get cleaned. All day Friday we had no running water so no showering and worse no working toilets. Once the water came back around 10 pm it was cold water only. I understand things happen but the hotel is looking run down and if you see issues in the plumbing in the rooms I can imagine the overall condition of the hotels plumbing, water heaters and electrical. Last but not least the elevators button is missing the cover so you literally have to stick your finger where the wiring is to get it to work, I’m not sure if I could get like a shock from it but even the metal around where the button is missing is sharp, I can see a small child with an inquisitive mind go for it. Tape it or even better fix it. I have been in many comfort suites around Texas and this has been the worst one. You guys gave a great location so this is truly sad and your staff is all new so I can imagine the turn around due to the place not being maintained and people complaining. The amount you all charged that weekend due to the playoffs was not worth having no working toilet.
