Located close to my destination

Afternoon staff rude. I stay at this hotel EVERY time I am in Abilene, at least once a month, and this employee told me I could stay with my "pet" . I informed her he was my service animal and she continued to question me about him. Finally settled this argument and was told to tell them next time I was traveling with a "pet" . Again not a pet! Never have I been treated this way at this facility in the 2 years I have been staying here.
